Cancellations
To cancel a booking you must submit written notification to Reed Business Information Ltd by emailing louise.palmer@rbi.co.uk (Tel +44 20 8652 8583). A full refund will be granted if written notification is received on or before 16th September 2007. After that time, no refund is given, including non-attendance at the event. Substitutions will be allowed any time prior to the conference start date.
Please note it may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the venue and content, or the date and timing of the programme.
In the event that this function is cancelled by the organisers, a full refund will be made of any booking fees paid. However, if the event is postponed for reasons beyond the direct control of the organisers, this booking will be transferred to the revised date of the event and all the Terms and Conditions shall apply to any such transferred booking.

You are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance, as we will not accept any liability for travelling, accommodation or other expenses incurred as a consequence of a possible conference cancellation or postponement. In any event, the Conference Secretariat will not accept liability for any loss, including incidental or consequential damages, etc.
